Workshops can be conducted in any simple classroom, in one session of three hours, or in two shorter sessions for a high school format. All workshops are individually geared to focus on each student's assets and challenges.

For the monologue workshop, students come with a two-minute memorized piece. Detailed analysis of intention, impulse, circumstances and interpretation is offered – highlighting individual strengths, noting what blocks might be apparent, and pointing the way to inspire each student’s imagination.

For the on-camera class, there is no advance homework, and only a TV monitor or computer is needed for playback. Individual coaching is offered on intention, vocal and physical blocks, even optimal colors to wear, to help students perform well in a range of situations – job interviews, the workplace, and social interactions. This class is useful for students in all majors.

In the creating your own work class, the creative potential of memories is explored. This class is unorthodox, allowing students to get out of their heads (and their judgments) to uncover their own stories. Perfect for both beginners and more sophisticated writers.

In the bringing biography to life class, we use a variety of approaches--pictures, news features, body and vocal exploration --as an excercise in empathy.

In the ASL intention exploration class, students learn a select number of signs, explore short scenes in pairs, and finally come together for the heightened experience of signing a group song.

In the singers’ workshop, students bring in a prepared song to explore.

In biz of the biz, students  learn the nuts and bolts of what it takes to launch a career.

In all the workshops, students come away with deepened skills and self-knowledge – while having a blast!
